Cost for tuition is based on how many students and/or classes your student is enrolled in. For example : Your family has 1 student, who is registering for 1 class, use the "1 DANCER (class)" as reference for tuition cost. -or- Your family has 2 siblings, 1 is taking 1 class and 1 is taking 2 classes, making it a total of 3 classes, use the "3 DANCERS (classes)" as reference for tuition cost.

2. Use Child's Name (one per student)
3. Use family email and phone number

4. Create Separate Passwords for each Student Account/Profile & Keep On File With Email Used to Create Account 
5. If asks you to sign a liability waiver, sign own name.
6. Click On the ONLINE STORE from the top tab bar, a drop down menu will appear.
7. Select DANCE EXPERIENCE in the service options.

8. Choose the payment option (be sure to look carefully as there are several options)

9. Complete the online payment with a Credit or Debit Card

10. You Can Check Back ANYTIME to this account to ensure you payments/accounts are in good standing.

YOUTH PROGRAM PLACEMENT, TUITION & DETAILS

*Please note: Tuition covers only the cost of the classes themselves. Does not include dance shoes, costumes and other incurred costs that may arise during the program season.

~HDE accepts cash, checks, debit and credit cards. We also offer monthly payment program (see above) that gets automatically withdrawn from your bank or credit/debit account.
~If we encounter an issue with a bounced check, you will be charged an additional $10 fee to be paid at the next payment cycle.
~Tuition does not include shoes, costume costs or photography (optional).
~There are no refunds for absences. Classes cancelled due to instructor absence will be made up on an agreed upon date before the Recital.
~If any tuition, costume, shoe, t-shirt or any other parent-responsible payments are more than 2 weeks late, we reserve the right to add a $10 late fee. If any payments go unpaid for an extended period of time (more than 2 weeks), HDE reserves the right to take more serious measures to obtain payment. 

CLASS PLACEMENT
-Availability is based on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED policy. We must fairly accept registrations for those who register in the timeliest manner.
-Class placement is based primarily on grade and/or age and then years of attendance in our dance program. 
-Certain classes are 'by instructor invite" only.
-We do try to consider special considerations for class placement should you have a special need. However, the final decision is up to HDE Directors.   If there is a scheduling conflict, please make a note on your registration form or contact Nicole for special consideration to be placed into a different day.
-Class minimum is 6 students, maximum is up to each instructor. If a certain class does not meet the minimum 6 person count, dancers will be placed into another class which will be arranged with the parent/student ahead of time.
-Be advised that the dance schedule and location of classes is subject to change based on demand, volume and other unforeseen plans with our studio. Please remember, we try to accommodate every family as best we can and appreciate your flexibility.
-Should there become a need for a waitlist for a particular class, you will be notified via email that your student is on our waitlist. If you have made a payment to HDE for tuition dues, are placed on the waitlist and DO NOT make it into the dance program this year, HDE will refund you whatever was paid at the time of registration. 

ADULT PROGRAM PRICING & DETAILS

~The Adult Dance Classes Are Held As 6 Week Sessions. 

~Each Session is $60 per person or $48 Discounted for Dance Parents who have children in our Youth Dance Classes.

*Ballroom/Swing Session is Only 3 Weeks Long, therefore the cost is adjusted.


~HDE accepts cash, checks, debit and credit cards.

~Tuition does not include shoes or costume costs associated with performances (which are optional).
~There are no refunds for absences. Classes cancelled due to instructor absence will be made up on an agreed upon date.

~Payments are required, in full, before the start date of the session you've registered for. If you have not submitted your tuition dues prior to the start of the class sessions, HDE reserves the right to fill your position with another registered/payed person from the wait list. 

~It is preferred that you have dance appropriate shoes for dance class. This may be an additional cost you will have to consider when registering depending on the instructor and her class requirements. 

~Should you chose to also be involved in the Spring Recital performance, costumes will be ordered in January or February. This is an additional cost you will have to consider when deciding if you'd like to participate in the recital
